These Terms govern your use of AutoFS. By creating an account you accept these Terms; if you do not accept, do not use the service.

AutoFS is a cloud-hosted application for preparing Financial Statements of eligible Non-Corporate Entities under the ICAI Guidance Note format. We provide the tool. You remain solely responsible for accuracy, compliance, professional review, UDIN, filing, and determining whether the selected framework applies.
One account per natural person. You agree not to share credentials. The firm Owner is responsible for managing team members, seats, and permissions inside the firm.
Plans, prices, seat caps, and client caps are surfaced in the Billing settings. GST (currently 18%) is charged on top per Indian tax law; SAC code 998314 applies. During the commercial pilot, paid self-serve checkout is not open; paid access is agreed in writing and invoiced by Tax One Advisory (OPC) Private Limited. Refunds follow the published Refund Policy and any written pilot order terms.
Where a paid subscription is active, billing is annual and renews automatically at the then-current price on the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — paid access continues until that date and then ends, and we do not refund the unused part of a period you cancel partway through. If a renewal charge fails, we may restrict paid features until payment is resolved. We do not publish a cooling-off or money-back window. Refunds otherwise follow the published Refund Policy.
You retain all rights to data you upload (trial balances, working papers, generated FS). We hold only a processing right to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
On cancellation, paid access ends at the close of the period already paid for; there is no separate read-only mode today. You can export your data at any time before then using the in-product data export controls. Account metadata is retained for at least 30 days after subscription termination; after that we delete it from the live system unless a record-retention duty or legal hold applies, and that deletion is carried out on request or on review, not by an automated job on the thirtieth day — the same retention rule stated in full on the Privacy Policy. Financial statements, trial-balance snapshots, mapping records, and related activity logs are retained in the service archive for at least 7 years. This is a preparation-product archive, not an audit-file clock. Customers remain responsible for every record-specific legal preservation period that applies to the entity and engagement. You may export using the in-product data export controls.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated outputs are free of computational errors or comply with every applicable regulation. You accept that the Chartered Accountant signing the FS is the sole authority on compliance and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees paid by the affected firm in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of our registered office in India, which is confirmed in your tax invoice and order documents.
Material changes are notified by email and in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
