Are you priced per client or per CA firm?+
Per CA firm. Practice plan gives you unlimited clients and unlimited financial years. We don't believe in punishing growth.
Do you charge for the Tally connector?+
Tally connector ships with the Practice plan and above. The agent is a free download; you connect with your firm's API key.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes — upgrade any time, downgrade at the end of your current cycle. We pro-rate upgrades.
Do you support Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)?+
Not under this product — LLPs are corporate entities and follow a separate ICAI Guidance Note. We're building a sister product for LLPs.
What about NPOs, schools, hospitals and political parties?+
Those have their own ICAI guidance / formats. NCE Suite focuses strictly on Non-Corporate business entities — sole props, partnerships, HUFs, AOPs, BOIs, societies and trusts.
Is my client data safe?+
Trial balances are encrypted at rest, scoped per firm tenant. We never share or sell data. SOC 2 in progress; on-prem option available on Firm plan.
