Five steps from Trial Balance to issued pack — the same names as the product, for CA firms handling many Non-Corporate Entity clients.
Start a pull in AutoFS and the Chrome extension connects to Tally Prime on the user's computer. The selected Trial Balance and ledger data are sent to the chosen financial year; Excel or CSV remains an alternate upload path. AutoFS normalises the rows and checks Dr = Cr before grouping begins. A client's first year needs no prior data — last year's figures can be typed against the same Guidance Note heads.
AutoFS proposes Guidance Note reporting heads from the imported ledger names and prior firm decisions. A person reviews the grouping, resolves exceptions and approves every non-zero ledger. Running Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss totals sit beside the ledger list while the work is in progress.
The approved grouping drives the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and cash flow in ICAI Guidance Note order, with current-year figures beside comparatives. Note numbers on the face point at the matching schedules. Drafts stay watermarked until review clears.
The approved grouping drives the automation: capital movements, the fixed asset register, ageing and the other registers derive from the Trial Balance, and the engine drafts the notes and accounting policies they support. The preparer corrects and concludes instead of typing schedules.
The reviewer checks the grouping, working papers, notes, disclosures and release blockers. Queries are assigned, answered and resolved. After the firm completes its professional process, an authorised user records the UDIN obtained outside AutoFS, the financial year is locked and the package is bound to its evidence and audit history.
AutoFS prepares; your firm approves, signs and records any UDIN obtained outside the product. AutoFS does not generate or verify UDIN.
Eligible Non-Corporate Entities only. Chrome extension pulls are user-started and local.
